I wasnt offended in the slightest. Actually I was relieved to see he was still alive because he had not moved for quite a while.

The point is he is meant to be a passionate manager taking charge of a team in their most important game of the season and the only time he even raises a wimper is to snap at fans.

The guy was dispondant as we all were, why would he feel like jumping up and down ? We all knew that at 2 nil down we'd had it.

Yes but he did not even react when their goals went in.

He stood in silence for the ENTIRE game. Where is the passion?

The team came out like they were asleep. That has something to do with how the manager prepares them.

He says we can still stay up by beating teams around us. What like Millwall, Crewe and Leicester at home? Oh now, I forgot, we only managed one point out of those three games.

Agreed, something is diffinitely wrong in the club at the moment.

Surely the apathy from the manager must have an impact on the team.

When we were fighting for the play offs and struggling last season McGhee was there rallying the troops. That is what he is good at. Where was that today?

One word for today's performance. PATHETIC.

Can someone remind me when Coppell last jumped up and down and screamed blue murder at any of his teams? I'd imagine the animation was saved for the half time talk.

To be honest jumping up and down screaming blue murder is indicative of somebody losing the plot.

Yes but Coppell has tactical awareness, plays people in their proper positions and does not NEED to shout.

I would just liked to have seen a tiny suggestion that McGhee was even slightly bothered by the pathetic performance on the pitch.

Instead he snaps at fans and blames the ref.

All the McGhee defenders always point to the man's passion. There was not much passion on show today. He looked like a cardboard cut out of Sven Goran Eriksson on the side today.

There is not plan B. He does not know how to influence things by changing tactics and his body language and apathy gave the look of a man resigned to relegation.

Agreed. We should get someone like Gazza in, he could shout, bawl, weep and eventually break down emotionally on final whistle. We might not win, but boy at least he'd be INVOLVED. :jester:

I said "Get your hands out of your f***ing pockets and do something...PLEASE."

So instead of getting behind the team and trying to create an atmosphere you decide to shout at the manager, something hypocritcal about that.

Perhaps he was having a crafty wank and was dreaming of Lulu and you woke him from his slumbers.

Not really, Richie probabaly felt passionately that Magoo should take his hands out of his pockets and do something.
