Lanterne Rouge:-

152 Jan Ghyselinck (Bel) Cofidis, Le Credit En Ligne 3:57:04
153 Jimmy Engoulvent (Fra) Saur - Sojasun 3:57:45

Good work Jimmy, well done, I doubt he'll throw it away now.

I wonder if there was any ditch hiding, this year?

Absoulutely GORGEOUS pictures coming out of Paris.

As always, the spectacular French scenery is the real star of the show.

Magnifique!

This is the first stage I have watched fully and I actually really enjoyed it. Tactically perfect from Sky at the end there. I had no idea how much of a team sport it really is.

Question: does each team have a car going around in front/behind like team sky did?

Yes they drive behind in order of their top rider.
Sky first car, Liquigas second car and so on.

If only Dave Brailsford could run the country and the England football team!
The soccerballists couldn't cope with the levels of professionalism that would be expected of them.

I am drained by the excitement. Need the evening to recover.
