Went to YM v Hassocks.

4-2 to Hassocks, fully deserved win. Some good youngsters.

Two defeats on the bounce for YM after a rally good start to the season

Yes, Lewes were REALLY bad weren't they. Will be interesting to see about 500 Hereford fans at Three Bridges.

Yep. As you and Pogue Mahone have said, Lewes were exceptionally shite last night. The bench didn't look that interested. Weird.

Back at the Polegrove for the first time this season tonight Bexhill United were worthy 3-1 winners over Eastbourne Town in front of 301 paying spectators

Goalscorers for Bexhill , James Stone , Evan Archibald and Jack Shonk pen ( his 100th goal for the club ) . For Town , Anesy Sisimayi also scored with a late penalty .

Below are blurry photos of Evan Archibald's goal which started from a mix up in the Eastbourne defense .

Strange with Eastbourne Town, thought they’d kick on with some of the big hitters being either promoted or losing their cash, but don’t seem to have done anything. Bexhill look strong this year. I went down to Newhaven where they clinically battered Varndeanians 7-0, also another team looking like strong contenders.

Also an ex Brighton youth player in that Bexhill XI in Tom Vickers, played in the 1-0 win against Villa for the Under 18s at the Amex about 10 years ago.

Newhaven home to Bexhill next Tuesday , might pop along there

they segregated for the league game a few weeks ago, gave it a bit of a "big game feel" :lolol:

Did Eastbourne Boro have many fans?

yes a decent amount bearing in mind it's actually quite a long journey. They sectioned off the north east corner for them which gives away fans their own entrance, bar and toilets

feel like that will be the designated away end if Worthing do progress up the leagues any further

Went to Lancing Vs Whitehawk on Tues night. Hawks really should have won but overall a pretty dull game. Was impressed with the Lancing keeper and the Hawks right back.

What's been going on there then ?

Peacehaven and Telscombe FC to stop some children entering ground

Gangs of youths. It’s getting pretty bad everywhere. Assaults, robberies and general antisocial behaviour by young people is going through the roof. Not enough police to manage it due to funding being slashed repeatedly. It’s a sorry state of affairs and I don’t blame them.

At a recent Peacehaven game, there were two rival gangs of teenagers menacing people, each other, obviously while intoxicated.
