How predictable and sad the usual suspects who have no respect and are really just unhappy little people who can not see the real deal with the Royal family.
It is fun they have little power it is part of British and English history, it makes us a little differant and if it really came to it could protect us from having an idiot like Blair or Bush as a president two people many of you seem to hate so much.
Personally I will be sing GSTQ loud and proud on Sunday as i expect the majority will be, it will send shivers down my spine and is all part of the occasion, you republicans can sulk if you want it will be your loss.

There are lots of things that are part of English and British history; there are lots of things that are fun; and there are many, many more things which make us a little different and which we should be much more proud of. Why do we not sing about them?
It really gets my goat that people call themselves patriotic when they think the Royal Family is something to be proud of. As far as I am concerned, it means they have a very limited idea about this country. If you think the country is worthy of this Royal Family, then you must hate Britain. I am very proud of where I come from; it is because I think it is brilliant that I object to the petty Royals 'representing' us.
We are so much better than that.

Nothing wrong with using the word Paki is there? If pre fixed by dirty, fukin w*aker maybe but as I have grown up in a multi cultural city (London) and used the word all my life as in paki shop etc I have never had any problem using it.
As for Barca wondeful fans don't lecture me you prick I was saying why they did what they did not condoning it, maybe if you had family who had fought Franco you might understand.

Personally I will not be singing God Save the Queen, I don't recognise it as my National Anthem. But I will respect it being played as I do at any sporting event I attend (mostly the American national Anthem)...
So if you want to be patriotic and sing, sing it loud and proud, if you don't please be quiet and respect those that are...
