She didn't steal anything. She decided it's parents' responsibility to pay for adequate nourishment of their offspring. What I lost from my third-of-a-pint was made up for at home.
Nowadays it's a full two quart plastic bottle of whole milk from Asda for 89p. None of your whitewater for me, unless it's drastically reduced due to the use-by date!

Far worse than milk snatch was the outsourcing of kids school dinners to the lowest bidder. She did care, the food was always good at the Ritz..

4 pints skimmed, probably get through 2-3 a week just by myself. Have always drunk huge quantities of milk straight or as lattes, so went to skimmed about 15 years ago. Rest of family probably use 4 pints semi-skimmed a week.

Generally I've been drinking semi-skimmed for many years. Always buy it 4 pints at a time.

Currently suffering skimmed, though, as I await a gall bladder removal.
