Torn between The Albert and Patterns on Wednesday. Would like to see Traams may have to get there early judging by this thread :)
Yeah, want to see them too. I think Traams are also playing elsewhere (maybe Alt Escape), but I can't find where.

Trouble with the Wednesday is that not every venue is involved. Will be packed wherever.

Brighton factually.....
Just an hour to go before tickets go on sale, The Seeds will be a hit or miss, but the Stingrays will be on form in this reunion.
Getting about 4 tickets for my Hamburg chums coming over for this puppy...

After the excitement of The Great Escape it’s back to normal gigging for me. Wet Leg tomorrow, sadly not at The Green Door Store. Later into June The Osees and Gary Numan. Both in Brighton. Then more Nick Cave, this time in Paris. Oh and dipping into bits of Glastonwick too.

Slowing down for me too after The Great Escape excitement. Michael Monroe at the Concorde next week; Steve Conte at the Albert the week after; Cattle Decapitation at Chalk the week after that and finishing off the month with Lucy Dacus at Brixton Academy.

Felt a post TGE low this week but had to remind myself of what I’ve got coming up. Like above MJ Lenderman at Chalk, later in the summer Victorious Festival and Psych Fest Brighton. Then Blondshell, Haim, BCNR, Mutations Festival and The Orchestra (For Now) all in the autumn.

I have a gap in June/July/early August that I want to fill with Fontaines DC but am still hunting for viable alternatives to their Finsbury Park gig….

No rest for the wicked as I’ve got three gigs next week.

Wednesday: Sports Team at Resident Records
Thursday: Wunderhorse & Shame at Ally Pally
Friday: MJ Lenderman at Chalk

Then onto Outbreak and LCD Soundsystem in mid June, before heading to Glastonbury at the end.

Metallica have announced a ridiculous lineup for their shows next year, two dates in London.

First supported by Gojira and Knocked Loose (for me two of the best live bands on the planet), second date supported by Pantera and Avatar who both put on a show.

In terms of gigs, got a last minute ticket to Thrown in Southampton last month, really excellent hardcore show and brought me out of moshpit retirement, support was Graphic Nature, UnityTx (excellent) and Crystal Lake (brutal).

Next month Crossfaith in Southampton followed by Outbreak two days later promises to absolutely break me, then Cattle Decapitation at Chalk if I'm alive.

Just got tickets to Basement's tour in September too.
