This is very shocking and so sad, lives wasted for no reason bar the fact people were born at the wrong time and in the wrong place.
Shocking statistics, America locks more of its citizens up than any other nation, spends trillions of dollars on policing the "war on drugs" and drug use has remained the same for generations.
I'm not sure what, but something's got to change in drugs policy in America and this country.
