Yup, Peaches. There used to be two versions, one for radio and, er, one not for radio. On the radio version the line above was changed to 'Is she trying to get out of that bikini' and I seem to recall there was an 'oh shit' that got changed to 'oh no'.

Used to be great sport when the fab gear and groovy 'Lets Rawk!' DJs put on the wrong version and had to spend the rest of their show apologising for it

There is no better track for playing at full volume in the car. the instrumental break is fantastic in a small space.

Was it Nice 'n sleazy that the strippers came on stage for at the Stranglers gig at the Brighton Centre in '78 79?

Completely agree. Sometimes a long instrumental bit in a song can be simply superb. The Wedding Present's Take Me is another example. 5 or 6 mins of nonsense mid-song, perfect.
