Newbury, Berkshire.
How can I possibly have forgotten Tommy Boyd ( ex Magpie ), one-time co-presenter with our own Nicky Keig-Shevlin ( or Mrs. Bob Booker as she now prefers to be called ) on Southern Sound !

Interesting fact : Boyd was sacked from TalkSPORT in March 2002 after failing to use the profanity delay to 'dump' a caller's remarks that the royal family should be shot.

I like Jeremy Vine

I, on the other hand, can't stand the bloke. I do enjoy Chris Evans and used to love Danny Baker when, in the dim distant past he did the Saturday morning show on R2. Love him or loathe him Tony Blackburn is the greatest living "DJ as Radio presenter" now that Fluff has departed for that great Studio in the sky.

Danny Baker by a country mile. He has bags of energy without ever seeming false about it. Always has plenty of interesting subjects to talk about and can get the most out of people calling in. Used to really like his morning show on BBC London back in the day and he's jolly decent on Five Live too.

Comes across as a really nice guy.

I loved John Peel and he is sadly missed. I could happily listen to reruns of his show.

I have never listened to his sons show on 6 Music, I see he is getting a Friday evening slot, is he similar or out on his own.

Yep. Chris Evans for me. Never fails to make me laugh at least once each morning on the way to work. I then hate him when he has one of his many holidays and puts Richard Moron Madeley in his place.
