Hopefully we've signed (or are about to sign) Orlandi on a pay per play contract given his awful injury record. Anything else would be daft, not to mention very high risk.

An awful injury record and his medical assessment going forward are two different things. If he had bought out his own contract I very much doubt he would be accepting a pay as you play deal

Brighton - In your face
I think i'll stay sceptical until he actually comes good. After reading what Swansea's Forum members wrote about him in the "orlandi to brighton thread"

"Hope so"

"Fingers Crossed, If he needs a lift let me know. "

"I hope to God that Brighton have got a top notch medical department."

"The medical department should be thanking Orlandi for all the overtime they've earned over the last few years."

"Always liked Orlandi, but too injury prone "

I couldn't be bothered to read the other 12 negative pages. But lets just hope he proves them wrong !..

Bought from Alavez by Martinez, contract extensions by Souza and Rogers. The lad can play and has been trained the way we play. Don't listen to fickle football fans! *looks around*

A quarter of arsenal fans immediately said RVP was shit when he put on a united shirt. And don't get me started with spurs fans. If a player leaves without cementing a place he's labelled shit by some. God I'm waffling, just got up. Transfer day !!!!

Only 8 or 9 hours behind NSC pointing that out. He's catching up...

Was gonna say that! And he's obviously not seen the clubs tweet to NSC (that he hasn't signed yet)...

Or alternatively from the same thread...7 pages btw

"...always liked him. Classy misunderstood player"

"I always liked Orlandi, but there you are. Its a rich tapestry."

"He's shown he has the technical ability to, at the very least, do a job in the Premier League"

"Great pass on him, and always looks for the simple ball."

"Brighton is a nice club playing nice football in a nice area. Not too dissimilar to Swansea in some ways. I hope he goes there, he'd be good for them and they'd be good for him. Good player if he plays consistently."

He is incredibly slow. The days of the Argus getting an exclusive are way in the past. Must be horrific being Andy Naylor knowing no one listens to him.

Or... he actually said as much in his interview which on the FL App? You don't need an insider to know this!

You could very well be right.......................... very little/very few are ever what they appear to be

edit: Goes off app hunting

Amazing how poor a player becomes when he leaves!

In total contrast I was really pleased to read all the positive comments about Nooney and loved reading a comment on the Cardiff forum that commented on exactly that - the fact that Albion fans took the time to go on their board and sing the player's praises even when he has signed for a rival.

Albion fans are a different breed
