i hear we are implementing 3-5-2 this year?

4-4-2 never fails!

3-5-2, sweet getting ever closer to playing in my normal right midfield position.

I think the best idea would be to load the team with centre backs...

3-5-2 is probably best as long as everyone turns up to any friendlies we have and gets used to it. Otherwise stick with 442.

Does anyone know where the REMF flag is?

would be great to put it up in one of the stands, or do a european tie type thing where its carried out by the ball boys infront of the players as they walk out the tunnel

Have you ever carried that thing? it weighs a tonne and would crush the poor little ball boys/girls

Or have it in the centre circle and then get the kids to flap it about like they do for a Champions league game

i think 3-5-2 turned the game for us last year but 4-4-2 is probably a good bet as i think it can be implemented well with or without practise

3-5-2 did work well for us, playing with Toby and Sam in the centre was great but I'm sure we only played that formation for 20 minutes or so...

Would like to see beefy playing upfront this year, playing with him on sundays he's great for a winger like me, we can read each others game so well.

I think we played it for the last 20 minutes. Worked ok but by that time we were all over them anyway.

Who was the other centre midfielder when we changed to 3-5-2? Was it Little Rich? I couldn't remember changing the formation. A 3-5-2 might be useful this time round, because we will miss Toby's running in the centre.
