It depends if it was taken on the day of his cartilage operation.

He's like a fly in a small room that you keep missing with your rolled up newspaper.

Funny how all these people come up with the same repetetive 'he moans too much' stuff, but never seem to be able to disagree with what i say!

(Unless of course i was to slate Sporting Colours merchandise:rolleyes:)

Probably because there is so little of substance and meaning within your posts worth getting into an agreement or disagreement about. All you've done is moan.

So all we've done is told you that all you do is moan.

When you come up with something worthwhile to disagree about, then we'll disagree. Until then...

Stop kissing Hiney's arse, you wouldnt have said anything to Withdean Wanderer had Hiney not said something first.

Until then, you'll continue to make equally pointless posts telling me that i moan, that achieve absolutely nothing at all? Don't you think i've noticed that i moan a fair bit, given the caption above my avatar? I'm not going to change my views, just because you think they are too negative, in the same way that you aren't going to stop selling Kerry Mayo t-shirts because i think they are embarassing!

You say my posts have little substance and meaning, would you prefer to give me a lengthy analysis of exactly why i think our squad is embarassing? I am quite prepared to do so, if it ensures you have an argument that you can instantly dismiss in a patronising manner, as you seem to do with most opinions that you disagree with?

Given that he made an almost identical post the other night, that's probably not strictly true...

I've long felt you have to have a certain mental and emotional outlook to feel patronised.

So you think Kerry Mayo T-shirts are embarrassing? That's completely your issue - so why do you decide to tell me to try and make it mine?

And BTW yes, I'd love to hear your lengthy analysis of why our squad is embarrassing, and I'll give it my best attention. The floor is yours...

Oh, i don't feel patronised - but in the same way that you think i moan too much, i think you generally patronise too much!
Going by your theory, i assume the amount i moan is your issue?

And as you've given me 'permission' to explain in detail why i feel the squad is embarassing, i hope you don't mind me 'moaning too much'!

Right, let's start with the goalkeepers.

Kuipers has been around a while, and has had a particularly successful career with us. However, not only is he injury and prone and unable kick a ball straight, but Wilkins doesn't particularly appear to trust him in goal, doing his best to sign replacements. We even kept Flinders at the end of last season when games were fairly meaningless.
Furthermore, look at our deputy keepers. Neither of them have EVER played a game of PROFESSIONAL football. And if Michel get's injured, it's almost certain that we'll force through the signing of a loan keeper, because the youngsters won't be risked. It's been the same with every youth keeper we've had since i started watching the club 9 years ago. What's the point in having a keeper on the bench if you haven't got faith on him should he need to come on?

Defence is probably our strongest position, but that doesn't say much. Our most solid player is probably Guy Butters. He's 38 and resembles a whale when he puts on the albion colours. Lynch, Hinsh and Whing are all capable young players, which is one of few definite positives. However, look at the left back situation. We've got those big names 'Kerry Mayo' and 'Sam Rents'. Oh, and not forgetting Sonny Cobbs, who we're lead to believe is quite good, as he's impressed in the Sussex Senior Cup against Hassocks.....Christ, i dread to think what opposition fans make of names like that when they see the back of the programme. I very much expect that at best it'll be a case of 'who....who....who?'

Now look at our midfield. The best of them by far is Dean Hammond, who got off to a good start for us but then was piss poor in the 05/06 season ... what support has he got? Dean Cox, who had a bright start to his career last season but failed to do anything after November. Nobody knows where he's supposed to actually play, but everyone will back him as long as he can play the occasionally 40 yard cross field pass on the half way line. Adam El-abd...well, he's already warmed to the Withdean crowd by telling half of the supporters to f*** off! He can't head the ball for toffee, and he's as effective going forward as me! Then we're looking at Oatway, who has barely kicked a ball for two years and who half our own fans concluded was shit long ago! Oh, and i haven't even mentioned ex Hastings man Doug Loft, who our supporters have taken to so much that they have labelled him 'Gully', in honour of the mascot. Then there's Tommy Fraser, who is as threatening as a mouse, again who's played about 10 games in his career, and who Wilkins hasn't got a clue where to play! Gary Hart's (much as i like his never say die approach) best days are long gone, and he's relied on a dodgy contract from the board to be here now. Only Paul Reid really has looked decent for a adequate length of time, but even he hasn't got a established position, and there's every chance he might fail coming back from injury!

Up front - Savage is a laughing stock....look how the Reading fans took to him on Saturday!Tv coverage of a good celebration following a handful of bundled home strikes may have made him popular, but let's face it he's hardly a respected player in league football is he! Then there's the other 254 strikers that average the age of 16, but who's combined goal tally is even less than that. Braintree and Billericay, oh what feeder clubs we have! Forster is the ONLY player with a touch of class and experience to go with it, but even he's never been a 25 goal a season man that the fans, manager and chairman all know we are desperate for.

Still, once we're past the starting line-up everything is fine isn't it? We've got the ever reliable Scott Chamberlain and Lloyd Skinner as back-up!

Our coaching staff consists of a man who's done well for...er, us, and nobody else in his playing career, and who's start to management is hardly inspiring stuff! Not forgetting ex Tv salesman Dean White along side him, and it's no wonder that few are prepared to pay £23 to watch us anymore, given the circus act that we frequently serve up! The days of a competent team full of respected pro's are long gone, and i feel it'll be a while before we have a team that's not weak and inexperienced that can challenge for higher than 16th place in the third division.

....and there you have it. You asked for it, there it is!
