Adams might not be the greatest tactician but he's obviously brilliant at getting the best out of his players. It's great that he's hit form with the bat as well.

He's going to have his work cut out now: it looks like we'll be without Kirtley for a few games now, but if he can encourage an ordinary-looking seamer like Taylor to take four wickets, then there's real hope.

Excellent stuff, went on saturday and saw the mighty Mushy take a couple of early wickets - then we went 2-2 :ohmy:
Thankfully Adams stormed back with a good partnership and got upto 147 at the end of the day.
I was down the pub when I heard the news and gave out a massive cheer to which I got strange looks :D

I saw the last session which is an exciting passage of play as i can remember. I was concerned that the declaration was a too conservative but there was a short boundary and Lancashire can score quickly. Anyway the dream lives on.
