Won't that put people off.
could we not just have a turn up and pay facility for non BHA games. - or arrange to have tickets that could be bought on the day available at the ground
Condition of the planning permission for the stadium: no pay on the gate events.
As the years go on and we are firmly established at the Amex , do you think that resriction will be lifted ?

This is all based on the theory that tickets would be sold with a pre-paid Travel Voucher that would discourage people from driving to the ground, rather than use "sustainable transport".Condition of the planning permission for the stadium: no pay on the gate events.

It's not complete bollocks. But, in practice, it wasn't applied very coherently, once the Club initially decided to sell the available parking and travel on a "whole season only" basis. The back-tracking as far as P&R travel vouchers looked a bit shambolic, because that never succeeded in dealing with the fact that a large number of fans were able to travel without ever actually purchasing a voucher. The transport argument is bollocks before someone comes out with that.
Don't really see why it's there in the first place you can turn up and any other ground in the country on a match day (assuming it's not sold out) and buy a ticket. Why do we have to be different?
mainly because the planning process for us was SLIGHTLY different to most other cases....it's fairly natural that we had to make a few compromises that others simply wouldn't just to get the thing in the first place
if I wake up tomorrow morning and decide I want to go to the match, is it possible to buy a ticket at the Amex ticket office, or at the town centre office, before the match kicks off?
