'Boris' was "stitched up" by Boris being Boris. No more, no less.

In any other era of British politics the self-serving, mendacious, public-purse-syphoning, incompetent rat would have had his hook forcibly slung long before blagging his way to the highest position of office in the land

So the impartial civil servant, Sue Gray, who contucted the Partygate enquiry, is the new chief of staff of the Labour Party. Stinks. Boris was stitched up.
What a load of utter tosh.
And in the 0.00001% chance that your comment has a tiny modicum of truth in it, then she should be made a Dame for services to her country.
Your brain has a few wires crossed my friend

She probably saw what a sorry state the government was in following the report and decided to join the opposition to do something about it.

Not sure how Boris was stitched up - the report wasn't the reason he stepped down (that was yet another scandal) and if anything, was too lenient on him

Correction. Sue Gray values honesty and integrity and so naturally abhors the Tory Government. Now she can work to ensure that good governance is embedded.....

Boris is his own worst enemy in this respect.
I was going to say he deserved to be stitched up, but he didn’t need to be stitched up.

Boris (he’s not your mate) appointed her himself.
The same Alexander de Pfeffle Johnson, who sneaked away from his own security to meet the KGB, has been sacked twice for lying, been divorced twice by wives sick of his cheating, stood by an MP who was working for another government whilst abroad, stood by another MP who admitted sexual assaults, appointed a Chancellor of the Exchequer who was still holding an American green card, was stitched up.

You have a very strange outlook on integrity.

GB News claim that Sue Gray was a secret agent working as part of a socialist plot to down Boris.

"Boris Johnson was one of the most popular Prime Ministers in history and now it looks like he was ousted by an undercover lefty sleeper cell". :moo:
That shows how silly GB News is.

Oh dear me this can't be good news for Labour, why did they get involved with her?
I am also concerned about that undecided share of the vote jumping on the sunak love train, once they forgive him for stabbing Johnson in the back. It might just get too tight for comfort at the general election if Sunak keeps looking like a prime minister that can sort this mess out.
I hope there isn't going to be any dirt thrown at Keir towards the general election.
A long way to go surely we can't throw away such a large majority?

Partygate was just one violation from the lawbreaking liar of a PM.

He was elected with a 80 seat majority, but he blew due to his own personal indiscipline. In the end he failed the country and failed himself.

You have to laugh but Ofcom need to get a handle on it. We can't have a channel with News in the title pushing conspiracy theories and showing zero neutrality.
Ofcom need more power, GB News is a slippery slope in broadcast media. You only have to look at the US to see what happens when you have a toothless regulator.

You end up with Fox News, a channel that isn't a news channel at all and has to resort to pure propaganda to exist. Murdoch created a monster and now can't to the gene back in the bottle. See Fox / Dominion ongoing case....

How are GB News getting away with calling themselves a news channel in this country? They're like Fox News.
