Yes, certainly share out the midfield duties. We have looked a slightly better attacing side with Reid in the middle.

I am confident our side at the moment is good enough to be midtable, so a few decent signings could be just the ticket.

I am not adverse to having FDM back in the team, but I think the money could be spent elsewhere. Henderson was bound to make a few mistakes. The backline/goalkeeper were under a lot of pressure in most games and he did well overall.

Henderson can keep the rythmn going and give us a more attacking outlook. (I hope)

It would help tho' if Henderson didn't consistently make basic goalkeeping errors when attempting to stop shots... he needs to learn to tip the ball round the post, not back into the danger area... that is far, far more importnat than distribution, IMHO... bring back the FDM, who commands his area and is a top-draw shot-stopper...

Ideally, I would like to see a striker and two midfielders added to that though.

Hmm, i like the look of that team, but i think i'd rather see Hammond in there alongisde Reid (gives a lot, and is not going to be as outpaced in League 1). Not sure how fit Dodd will be (although if he is, that is definitely our best back line), so wouldnt be suprised to see one of the centre backs moved to right back with Butters accomodated in the centre, or even Hart dropped in to right back to let Carole loose on the wing

Hinsh and Butters is the natural partnership in the centre of defence, ne right footed one left, Butters makes up for Hinsh's lack of height and Hinsh for Butters' lack of pace. Dodd is a class act and will be an asset if fit, and Lynch is quality. Hopefully Henderson will rediscover his best form.

Carole and Frutos faded in the second half of the season but they are still both quality. Oatway and Chippy will hopefully get a good pre-season under their belts.

Hart up front if we don't bring in a new target man. Kazim-Richards or Robinson as his partner.
