Slightly surprised no thread on this unless I’ve missed it by being on my phone.

First time to the new ground and thought the organisation was shocking. Having fans in their second tier six inches away from our back row isn’t the brightest idea going but the stewards seemed to revel in the aggro and make it worse. Loads kicked out for not doing anything obvious too.

Two sets also gave us incorrect directions (deliberate or just useless?) and they even missed the pitch invader.

Poor.

Agree - thought some of our fans were complete morons last night though.

Thought the ones I encountered were quite friendly actually, we were up in block 422. Could see some aggro from where we were and i must admit it did look like it could have been better organised. Fans far too close together.

I agree. We were in block 420 and at times felt like we’d arrived at a five star hotel they were that polite.

No issues in 421 that I saw

We were in safe standing in line with the corner flag and towards the back. It was kicking off all night (in a pointing, come on then, way). Stewards 100% made it worse rather than diffusing it.

I assume some of the aggro in the lower tiers was Spurs in with Brighton?!

(I noted the hospitality seats immediately behind us away fans during our first visit there. Seems bonkers.)

Missed out on the lot, where we were you'd have thought it was a Quakers meeting.

I'm not going to start the old one about the age where kids shouldn't be allowed to stand on seats when they become about 7 feet tall to the person behind.

Aside from that, nothing doing.

I was in 115 safe standing - row 21. Stewards up and down the aisle quite a bit during the game ... and yes, heard that there were some Spurs lower down. Saw a few lads being marched out so assume that was them.

Start of second half some Brighton fans late back from the bar decided to just stand and block the steps just down from me. A steward politely asked if they could move to their seats ... only to be met with aggressive abuse. The steward remained very passive ... wasn't getting anywhere ... so went back up the steps. 30 seconds later a much bigger steward came down and went straight to one of the lads - had a brief word - and then escorted him out. His mates remained for maybe 5 minutes ... phoned their mate who had left ... and then all left saying they were going to the pub! This was just 10 minutes or so into the second half! In don't know why they bother going to the games in the first place!

Seemed fine in 421 but in general it was a real anti climax, no noise from us at all. Felt like, despite the 8pm KO it was packed full of day trippers who rarely go away.

During one of the European games this season the away fans managed to climb up and start a fight in hospitality areas.

Spurs goading Brighton fans in a different section but one seat in front in reality. Brighton in with Spurs.

Yeah, STHers who rarely go away.

A full allocation would have changed that mix, for sure.

The aggro I saw was right in the middle of an Albion section. A guy with long hair, IIRC. Went on for ages.

Anyone in block 118 around row 20?

Some of the most cringeworthy brainless morons I've seen at a match. Bloke and his son spent the whole game doing cutthroats to spurs fans offering then outside. Shouting idiotic abuse about how sh1t laaaandaners are. All maaaf no trousers.

Stewards continually telling them to stop but incredibly not throwing them out. By the second half nearly all Brighton fans in the vicinity begging for them to be kicked out !!!!

Strange one.

Brighton fans were loud enough on the telly. Comentator at 1 point saying the stadium was now in full voice. Singing Albion.

Got sent round the houses, literally, trying to get in. The Info on my ticket bore no relation to the signage around the Stadium, it was ridiculous.

We were in 115 right next to the Spurs fans in hospitality.
Lots of banter going back and forwards and then the stewards came in and escorted a fair few spurs fans out that were sat in the front rows at the beginning of the second half.

All harmless stuff really and I thought the atmosphere was very subdued last night.
Lots of whingers and moaners around us who could all do a better job than GP apparently.
