Spanish Fancy Dress/Theme for Barnsley?

Fair comment, but other players have said they want him to stay. We always do a fancy dress theme for last game anyway. I think the players would get it.

Okay, must sing a varied selection from our repertoire though, not just ole ole

To cover all the bases we'd need a kilt wearing matador drinking a bottle of Budvar, smoking a big spliff, carrying a hurling stick and a tub of Neutrogina hand cream and a baguette at the very least! Big hands would be needed.

Ill get the hat and moustache tomorrow - might get a spain flag to wear maybe as a cape kind of thing on the back as well. Cant afford £30 on a whole costume as Barnsley are already taking us to the cleaners !!

I know balloons are considered a bit naff nowadays, but I could bring a decent supply in red and yellow (ie, sort of Valencian or Spanish colours).....

Why don’t one or more of you, buy a couple of rolls of red bin liners and a roll of the yellow refuse sacks. Pass the red ones to the row behind you and the row in front.
Pass the yellow ones along to the people in your row and get everyone to wear one.
Should create a massive Spanish flag effect.

As I say, just a thought as I shall only be there in spirit.

No, I think that would be great Jim. I'm thinking about miniature flags as tickertape, so if we could do tickertape and baloons as boys come out that could be good.

Clever idea. Would depend on everyone in three rows being happy to wear them, but would look good if they did.
