If not, how about incorporating "Vicente please stay" with a Spanish theme?

Spanish flags, bunting, guitars, moustaches, Sombreros, Flamenco dresses, et.c.

Fair comment, but other players have said they want him to stay. We always do a fancy dress theme for last game anyway. I think the players would get it.

To cover all the bases we'd need a kilt wearing matador drinking a bottle of Budvar, smoking a big spliff, carrying a hurling stick and a tub of Neutrogina hand cream and a baguette at the very least! Big hands would be needed.
