[Albion] Some chants just aren't used anymore

A few that I'm on about would be:
Brighton Boys
When I was just a little boy
Glory Glory Brighton and Hove Albion

Even Hark Now Hear seems to only be used every now and again.

Sure we have sung them, but how often? Chants like these have become less used in favour of newer chants.
I like 'everywhere we go' but do we really need to sing it for 2 minutes and about 6 or 7 times a game? Probably not.

Edit: Sea, Sea, Seasiders pops up every blue moon as well
To be fair, not that many attending these days whose eyes have actually seen the glory of the coming of the Lord.

The chants with anti Palace sentiment get sung for a couple of games leading up to Palace matches, just to make sure everyone knows the chant on the day. Otherwise, singing anti Palace songs every week gives them too much importance.

In fairness, It would be unlikely that I can probably give a chant to name, one would probably be Build a Bonfire, which is historical for the club, which we hear every now and again. But there is definitely a lot more chants that we don't hear, just seems repetitive with the same few chants.
When sung, most singers sound (to my ears) to want to put Bellotti in the middle and on top.

Geoffrey Archer seems to have never existed. ???

Does anyone feel like some of our chants that we have sung for years are being pushed out for newer chants. Mind you, I do like some of the newer chants and don't mind singing them, but it seems like "Everywhere we go" and similar chants are sung by a lot of fans. Even as a younger fan, I feel like there is a lack of the chants that we would have used to sing, perhaps the club has expanded its fanbase and most newer fans only hear a few chants.

Perhaps some chants need to make a comeback, perhaps we need more chants to use.

Not sure what everyone else's opinion is but that's what I've noticed, it could be that these chants aren't known or people would prefer newer chants.
Totally agree. What’s happened to:

The Albion clap clap clap
The Albion clap clap clap

He shot he scored.

Over there, over there. And do they smell like ....... ....

I always liked, and would love to hear it more often;

Albion Albion Albion
Albion Albion Albee-u-un
Albion Albion Albion
Albion AL BE UN

Probably as it brings back memories from when I first went to the Goldstone in the late 70s.

It's a good example though even if it's hard remembering it! Much better times now though which seems a lifetime ago back then.

I know this can't be reused but was always a fan of Kurt's Nogans chant to 2 Unlimited
Man Utd used it for Dennis, Dennis Irwin, Dennis Irwin, Dennis Dennis Irwin, I believe, I am sure we could shoe horn Denis Undav into it.

Agree with this

Thoroughly enjoyed a brilliant rendition of 'going down the Shoreham road' at Leicester this season, part because it was so loud and part because i realised i hadn't heard it sung like that in years

I liked this upbeat version (here we go tune )
Unfortunately replaced by Albeeeyawn- Albeeeyawn which seems the most popular chant at the moment.

They’re all sung fairly regularly in the north stand, but it’s a natural evolution, they’re all pretty old fashioned so don’t really catch on, however the newer chants do as the younger generations enjoy singing them.
My issue is less of home games, as the North Stand is usually the primary source of the chants in the Amex, but away games is more my problem. At Tottenham (hate saying that name) it seemed we sung Everywhere we go about 10 times in just the first half alone.
