Sky+ HD Box Repairers?

Didn't know that, thanks, but definitely looked new, box was white......guys said it was new too as I asked them.

You got a new box but some installers will fob people off with a refurb and claim it is brand new.

Simple answer - I use the Sky+ App on my iPhone or iPad - can do everything you can with a remote and costs nothing.

I'll have to give that a go. I use that for deleting and recording but never for actually using the app as a remote. Nice, how responsive is it?
