Reading the bi polar train wreck that is the BBC Have your say forum on Knocky winning PotY, there are plenty of SCURRILOUS Northern monkeys that suggested we are TV/ Sky favourites, the silly wankers.

Even if we go up as champions 5 points clear, everyone will still report that Newcastle stormed the league and whether Brighton will fall at the final hurdle that is the playoffs.

Just heard this prior to the second half of football on SS1 "Great football coming your way this Good Friday. Wolves v Brighton followed by Newcastle, who start top, against Leeds"
I'M SO ANGRY, IT'S LIKE WE DON'T EXIST.

no , it just shows that the cu7ts cant even be bothered to do their jobs properly.....that's all.......like the divs on bein calling bruno bladock , stephens murphy , hemed murphy etc.... they just don't do their homework twonks.

Long may it continue.

I have loved how much we have been forgotten and overlooked in the wake of the mighty Newcastle United.

I hope we are similarly underestimated for the rest of the season and many seasons to come.

To be fair we haven't been overlooked though have we? Ok lazy presenting/journalism without a doubt. But. Championship player of the season, goal of the season, the most live home games in the Championship, Stockers and Knocky in the Football League team, can't really say we've been overlooked?

Anyone remember the season we won the title over saints and all the papers in the following seasons predictions that saints were champions? Can't imagine they'll make the same mistake twice but this FAKE NEWS is scary stuff.

Not just Sky. From the BBC website on Saturday.

Don't forget, after the conclusion of this afternoon's 15:00 BST games, Championship leaders Newcastle are in action at Sheffield Wednesday.

I can remember listening to the radio commentary on one of our great FACup games vs Liverpool in the 80s. Stuart Hall was commentating. He didn't know the name of a single Brighton player!

The Championship is the 4th best supported league in Europe yet the obsession the press in this country have with the Premier League means some of the ignorance is amazing.

The press would rather write 25 articles about Wenger leaving Arsenal than the impact Hughton has had on the club.

Mark POOgatch was on TalkSport on Thursday evening last week saying "And a big game in the Championship tomorrow night with QPR taking on...taking on...Derby I think. Is it Derby?"
*off mike* "Brighton"
"Oh yes of course, BRIGHTON. QPR against Brighton"

These dickheads are supposed to be professionals. But of course, its not Premier League so the cluelessness is entirely predictable.

Amazing. What sort of idiot would confuse 2 names like that?

By the way, it's Mark SAGGERS that presents on Talksport on Thursday evenings. Not Mark Pougatch.

That makes more sense. Seemed an odd thing for boyhood BRIGHTON fan Mark Pougatch to come out with

That makes even more sense now.
Many moons ago, on 5-live, Pougy asked "does anyone know where I can watch the test match while in Amsterdam?".

A good Sussex lad, cricket before debauchery.

And I thought my anger last night would just fade into the depths of NSC history but I wasn't the only one to notice.
Cheered up by the thought of Sky NOT showing our promotion game Monday.

Ahh ok. I'm not a regular listener to that station any more. and was just channel-hopping, I ASSUMED it was Pougatch as it wasn't that buffoon Cundy or that ginger freak they have on every day as some kind of wind-up.

Anyone with wet knickers about how little we're talked about would do well to listen to the NTT20 podcast where they blow seagull flavoured smoke up our collective bottoms for the primary chunk of the show. Plus bang on about how Knocky definitely deserves the POTS award.
