I find the women’s sports really boring so why should I have to sit through 20 mins of Sky Sports news being told all about a woman’s game of football no one cares about, they even have an in studio female pundit !

This is in no way to come across as sexist (my wife’s a woman), so please don’t beat me with that stick.

I just feel that until the men’s and women’s sports get of equal interest to us they shouldn’t waste our time telling us about it. I already have to sit through enough male sports on that channel that I don’t like.

You probably don't have to. You could do something else if you don't like what they show on TV.

Try using one of these (or similar):

I feel the same about the news stories about the animals that got rescued at the end of the bulletin, why do I have to sit through this nonsense.

And don't even get me started on the weather.

Or cricket.

Or the economy.

If only I could find that damn remote.

Is it wrong not to have any interest in women’s football? I confess that I turn Football Focus off when they move on to the women‘s slot.

I have no problem at all with it being featured but I have zero interest. I feel the same about swimming, diving, golf or cricket, be it male or female

NSC is pretty judgmental these days imo, why does the OP need to like women’s football? (Even if he is a Palace troll)

But if I turned over I may miss something that I’ll want to watch if the woman’s stuff wasn’t on there ! I know people agree with me but are just too wimpy to admit it.

Perhaps controversially and rather out of touch of me but I rather agree with you .

I’ll bet you 99% of the blokes on here sigh or pay no interest in the woman’s sports when they come on the tv. But you’d not know it by all the liberals on this forum.

I hate cricket so much I’d rather watch any game of women’s football :lolol:

I did used to play it too, so I understand the game
I resisted the temptation of saying that was why you didn’t like it!

When I retire, which I can see approaching on the horizon, I plan to follow England away on as many winter tours as I can squeeze in. Im guessing we won’t be competing with each other for tickets then!

I have loads of mates who love it. i went to a 20/20 at the Oval in hospitality, spent the whole game eating and getting pissed, only went outside to watch 10 mins and gave up and went back to the grub.
