I only smoke because the smoke filtering ventilators in pubs makes so much noise and it gets on my nerves.

I could put up with a smoking ban if they get get of this infernal machines.

Or if nobody is smoking they can turn the ventilators off.

Bring on the private smoking clubs.

One thing that strikes me is that in the same was that some people would avoid non smoking pubs there'd be other who would do the opposite.

Not sure that these stories of trade being hit are really true.

Can't see a ban in pubs working, as I agree it may well affect beer prices or income tax.

But I completely agree with the bans on public transport.
 


I reckon it should be, not just because I don't smoke, but what about the rights of workers. Should you have to passive smoke just to earn a crust?

Disgusting habit anyway, makes clothes, hair etc absolutley stink. Pointless as well as it doesn't even get you pissd!
