HMS Implacable. It was moored in Portsmouth Harbour - originally a French Temeraire class ship (ta Wikipedia) - and used as a training ship. However - watch this all the way through (or from 2.00 if you are impatient) and you will see what happened to it in 1949. It is the saddest thing.

In Portsmouth harbour it was moored alongside the Foudroyant - which is now preserved and is the masted ship at Hartlepool Marina and renamed HMS Trincomalee - and well worth a visit should we ever play them again. The reason why it lasted so long in the water - it was built in Bombay and made from Indian Teak.
