ARSENAL EXPECT DEPARTURES
Sky sources: Arsenal expect both Mathieu Debuchy and Serge Gnabry to leave the club on loan before the 11pm deadline.
Debuchy's options include Sunderland, Bordeaux, Aston Villa and Manchester United, while Gnabry is likely to move to either Brighton or Charlton on loan.

**note**
Players loaned to the Championship do not require registration today, however, so Arsenal are in no rush over the Gnabry deal.

Fair play. Have been at work all day and missed the updates.

Do we need another wide player? Knockaert, Murphy, Lua Lua , Rosenior wide defensively for some games?

Yes. Murphy has been fairly poor recently, LuaLua you can never rely on with his injury record and there are still no guarantees about when Rosenior will return from injury.

All well and good but it would be handy to have a striker in the middle to score from his crosses - like Elvis only much better.

Zamora, Wilson, Hemed and Baldock ain't bad.

I don't necessarily disagree....but one of those probably won't play 90 mins for the season (pretty effective for the time he does play though)...one seems to be injured a lot...one on current form is a better defender than at putting the ball in the net and as for the final one how fit is he and will he get recalled...but I am with you :moo:

GNABRY STAYING PUT…FOR NOW

Sky Sports News HQ understands Serge Gnabry is staying at Arsenal for the time being.

However, with players able to go out on loan to Sky Bet Championship clubs outside of transfer windows, his future could lie away from the Emirates.

We also understand Gnabry will decide on interest from Brighton and Charlton.

Serge Gnabry is rubbish and will disappear very shortly. Charlton, he's all yours, good luck against relegation.

How so? The point of going out on loan is to get game time. He'll probably get more game time with them than us.
