see dugouts from mid-back west upper?

Anyone know whether you can see the dugouts from this area? I know they say pitch is unrestricted wherever in stadium but the chap at the ticket office at falmer didnt know whether dugouts could be seen. Anyone know?

I can't remember, are the dugouts actually in the bottom of the stand i.e. just sectioned off seats or "proper" dugours further forward nearer the pitch like at Withdean?
