Well in that case, I'm converted.

Bring the young lad Kuipers back in immediately, he needs to gain some experience in the first team.

FFS I could understand your argument if you were saying Sullivan should be given a run, but the "next season" case simply doesn't stand up with Kuipers.
Yes it does. I never said anything about experience. Just that he will more than likely be our number one next season, so we will benefit more from playing him than someone on loan who we have no prospect of signing.

talking about football for once, I tend to agree wityh Bob. If we win tomorrow, then I recon we are as near to safe as dammit, therefore if we are going to geta chance to blood the young keepers , then the remainder of the season is it.

What worries me is that Dean is undersuch pressure to make sure we finish the season well, with ST just about to drop on the doormat, that he will not take a chance on any of the youngsters that could do with "blooding"

I also think that his signing for another month confirms the view that Kuips is not in the plans of Wilkins fro next year.

To be honest, I'm not looking forward to the day Kuipers leaves the club, whatever my views on the current situation or his future at the Albion.

Not because we'll be dramatically affected on the pitch at all by him leaving. Simply because:

(1) Wendy will be damned as a manager by some fans for releasing Michel, and every subsequent defeat will be followed by people saying it wouldn't have happened if Kuipers was in goal

(2) Whoever our first choice keeper is will have a lifetime of being compared to the Great One, his every minor error scrutinised and held up against Kuipers' alleged magnificence.

If he leaves, I can see the giant shadow of the FDM looming over the club for some time to come...

What are the chances of Kuipers having the same number of games clause as Mayo and Hart are ment to have?

I don't think he's played enough games if he has.

If that's the case, he's played nowhere near enough games, which is more proof if any is needed, that Michelle is on her way out at last. :clap2: :clap2: :clap2: :clap2:
