I heard on BBC Sussex that Rod Stewart is playing at the Amex next summer. £55 a ticket, on sale at the end if the week, who'll be going?

Those ads have been on there a while, the booking fees are 3 or 4 times what it costs to book on the official site, not really sure what the point is. Maybe to do with attracting the odd outsider/tourist to come along, I wonder if away fans or those with banning orders can use it as a bypass?
