They are just idiots for getting rid of McDermott. He's a quality manager with a brain who saw the way the wind was blowing when the idiots wth the money took over, hence him signing a five year contract just before they did. He's got a big payout for being treated like he has. Reading will go down and they will probably come straight back up, because they have money. And don't be surprised if we don't go up, that Gus is approached again.
