Same as many others, polos, hoodie, T-shirts, mugs, coasters, golf brollies, car mini kit-man, cap, beanie, etc. The replicas dont see the light of day much now (SKINT pre prem league)

I live on outskirts of Telford. I used to go to away games quite often (pre loyalty points) and enjoyed the "how long did it take you to get here" at Burton (45 mins) or "safe journey home" from Stoke (30 mins).

Wearing a BHA polo, I dropped off a parcel in the local Spar and the chap said "you're a long way from home". He looked surprised when I replied "less than a mile".

When we break the "all Brighton fans must live in Brighton" thoughts, then we will have properly arrived?

Breakthrough here in south east Spain by way of a worn key fob that is occasionally placed on a table at my local bar, and talking to others about their teams.

Whether Spanish, Belgian or Dutch, plenty of them have heard about the Albion and they all say the same thing - how well we're doing. Often get asked how the last game went etc. Brits tend to say what a well run club we are or ask about the recruitment process.

PS. Lived in Shrewsbury for 30 years or so. Standard retort after hearing my accent - "You from London? No, Brighton. You must be a p**f then. Yep, and my parents and brothers". Things take a little longer to catch on in The Shire.

When I moved here, not a lot of people had heard of us. Now, you will be very hard pressed to find anyone even with a passing interest of football who don't know who we are. It's crazy.

I don't know about others experience in the US but among sport fans they all know Liverpool, Man U & Man City, Arsenal & Everton (mostly because of Tim Howard) but not many of the other PL sides.

I've mentioned this on other threads, but I'm a supply Teacher across North and East London. When I started teaching, 25 years ago the only kids that kids had heard of Brighton was because their Grandad drags them to Leyton Orient or they had a relative play for the Albion. Now every football loving boy can name at least half a dozen players. I meet three categories of Primary School footy fans: Those that only really have the 'Messi or Ronaldo?' approach. Those that claim to support a big six team but know nothing and those that actually know we did the double or stuffed their team.

My tuppence worth from Ware in leafy Herts - very much Spurs and Arsenal territory:
- my son (8) goes to training every week in his full kit (current one has ‘Barco’ on the back which is a little awkward).
- I coach a few teams and always have my Brighton coaches kit shorts (and beanie hat in the winter)
- my other kids also want kits next year so we’ll be doing our bit locally.

So, when in the UK, me and @AmexRuislip live near South Ruislip. About two months ago I was driving down Victoria Road (that's a local frame of reference for Amexruislip) and walking down the footpath by Lidl was a young lad in an Albion home top.

He must have been bemused at the lunatic driving past shouting Seaaaaguuulllsss at him as there is nothing obvious on the car, or me at the time identifying me as a fellow fan.

I should add - there are at least 2 other fans (or families of fans) in Ware. One guy I got chatting too after a Watford game in a cafe and the other worked in Costcutters… oh - and my sons teacher is a Brighton fan.

Unfortunately that wasn't me, but I'm still young looking for my age
I'm glad you survived the drive down that road without clipping ur wing mirrors!

Wear an Albion Europa League lanyard for my work in Cardiff. A few Albion t-shirts from time to time.

A couple of signed shirts in the home office which my wife refuses to allow to go on the wall visible on Teams calls...

I spend half the year in Cyprus where I'm known in my local bar and among my cricket friends as an Albion supporter.

I have a car window sticker and wear Albion socks and on match days shirt. Most people seem to have heard of us now.

And the bar turn the tv to the channel showing our matches without me asking.
