Don't normally pay to much attention to the league and fixtures at this time of the season, but looked at the Newcastle fixtures and it made interesting reading.

After Reading at home on Wednesday the next 7 fixtures are all against clubs who could be in the mix:

Bristol C A
BHA H
Derby A
QPR A
Wolves H
Villa A
Norwich H
