John Boy has just got off the phone to an unhappy Thomas Cook representative -
Allegedly this information is out of date, prices are £390 for 7 days.
aparantly there getting lots of calls with interest.

Has anyone booked any other deals

Yep, those Thomas Cook deals aren't great (flights times are crap and the apartments are 5km from the centre of Albufeira), i rang them earlier in the week and have since booked the following:

Flights with Easyjet from Gatwick £130 return (morning flight going and early evening coming back)
1 bed apartment in Albufeira Old Town for £25 per night per person
Taxi booked £60 return

£225 each for 3 of us for 3 nights. Bargain I reckon.

Can't wait!

My Mrs booked them and i'm not sure where she did it but they're called the Sereia Da Oura apartments.

When I was looking earlier in the week I tried Late Rooms-Cheap Hotels, Discount Hotels & Last Minute Hotels Deals. Make Hotel Reservations & Book Hotels with Hotel Offers. - when i searched there were a number for that sort of money with the cheapest starting at about £55 per night for an apartment that sleeps 3.
