Lallana created 4 chances for us in the 24 minutes he was on the pitch, need to get him 100% fit so he can start games.

He is a joy to watch. Even when things aren’t going for him, he looks a class apart.

That’s the conundrum - if he could last the full 90 he wouldn’t be with us. He is probably terrible value for money, but just to see someone with so much talent playing for us is a pleasure

Sanchez 6 -- Literally nothing to do.
Veltman 9 -- Dominated Grealish and contributed going forward too. Excellent again.
White 7 -- Doubled up with Veltman on the rare occasions when Grealish got free.
Dunk 8 -- Kept Watkins quiet
Burn 7.5 -- Looks so much more comfortable in a left sided central defence role
Alzate 6 -- Struggled on his wrong side but did a job and wasn't exposed too much.
Bissouma 9 -- Expect Villa to offer big money in the summer. Ran the game and dominated their midfield.
Gross 7 -- Looked a little leggy but again did a good job.
Mac Allister 8 -- Excellent overall but got to hit the target with the header.
Trossard 9 - One of, if not his best performance in a Brighton shirt.
Maupay 7 -- Worked really hard almost got on the end of a couple of things but his decision making at times is so poor. Could've and should've set Lallana up and needs to pass at least sometimes to players better placed.

Lallana 7 -- Added a bit of guile
Welbeck 6 -- Looked a bit off the pace, but has been out awhile.
