Stockdale 6 - little chance with either goal
Bruno 6 - solid enough, I felt he was often under utilised when in space
Bennett 6 - both goals down the left yet he gets MOTM. One thing I do like about him is when he gets forward he tries to get an early ball on the box, unlike everyone else.
Hughes 7 - prett solid
Dunk 8 - MOTM
Gardner 6 - Would have been a 7 but for his woeful last ten minutes. We had four on four at the back stick for that last minute free kick including Dunk and Bent and he delivers that shite
JFC 5 - going backwards. Had a great chance in the first half which he fluffed. Anonymous
Bennett 6 - Uninfluential
KLL 6 - was having a good game
Colunga 6 - MOTM for 70 minutes. Silly red card but that never cost us. What really wound me up was his time wasting trudge off the pitch
Bent 6 - classy runs, slightly lucky with his finish. I think his reaction to the goal gave the game some real edge which unfortunately worked in their favour

Ince 6 - at fault for the second?
Solly 6 - had an impact

Sami 4 - you can't start gardener and JFC holding and have Holla and Ince on the bench. Stupid, especially when Paddy was nowhere to be seen. Only two subs? why not throw Baldock on?

Christensen was the best player on the park.
Bruno display was almost faultless, but not influential. One of his blocks was goal saving against McCormack.

I can't see how out defensive midfielders warranted scores of 7+.

Colunga was plus and minus, great through balls, for the goal and to set Bent in on goal in the first half, so key passes were good, but he was knocked off the ball and lost possession miles too often even for a forward, and one time the breakaway cost a goal.

Kazenga was just warming up when he got injured. One early cross and Bent was not alert enough. Did more than Elliott Bennett in the brief time he was on.

Stock dale 6 Had little to do really apart from pick the ball out of his net
Bruno 2 Mr Liability useless, utterly useless.
JBennett 2 Can't defend for toffee can't cross for toffee useless. Mr Liability 2
Dunk 9 Comfortably the best player
Hughes 6 OK
Gardner 0 Where were you
Lualua 7 Game changed when he went off
Caskey 0 Nothing of any good. When will he be dropped
EBennett 3 Poor, in fact very poor
Colunga 0 For being sent off you tw*t
Bent 6 Counting the days until he can escape

Ince 5 A one man midfield will always struggle, tried to be in three positions at once.
March 5 Good to see him back

Hyypia Please go and go NOW

Stockdale was shit, shocking in fact.

The goals he could not have done anything about, but everything else was shocking.

Is he mute? Our defence seem to look like he is.

Before the game I had a heated debate with someone in WSU, Stockdale should start before Walton was my standpoint.

He was right.

Stockdale: 6. Not much to do and had no chance with either goal. Distribution was alright as well.
Bruno: 6. Seemed composed on the ball but I do worry when he is out of position.
Dunk: 7.5. Kept McCormack very quiet and led the back line superbly.
Hughes: 7. Was not as noticeable as Dunk but did what he needed to do. I don't panic when one of Greer/Dunk aren't available as he's more than capable.
Joe Bennett: 6.5. Did well going forward and wasn't great defending but did ok. Partly at fault for the winner I think, with Ince.
JFC: 5.5. Didn't see much of him, to be fair, but linked up ok with the back 4 in a deeper role.
Gardner: 6. Not a bad game, showed some good passes and movement...still crap at shooting though and held onto the ball far too long at times.
Elliot Bennett: 6. Worked hard on the right but didn't seem to be on the same wavelength as Bruno - a couple of glaring looks Bruno's way in the 1st half.
KLL: 6. Had the beating of their RB on more than one occasion. Looked dangerous until he was crocked.
Colunga: 6. Would have been a 7 but for the needless red. Good pass for the goal and always looked to run at the defence. Very lightweight, but had attacking intent.
Bent: 7. Would have loved for him to have scored the header in the 1st half but them's the breaks. Looked dangerous and linked up play well, but we seemed unwilling to cross the ball unless he was in the box, which when he drifted out wide we lost momentum. Quite exciting, hopefully this is the start of a fruitful period for him.

Ince: 6. Covered a lot of grass to break up play, and some good passing but he always looks like the lovechild of Patrick Vieira and Bambi - very languid movement and never looks like he quite has full understanding of how his limbs work. Partly at fault for the winner.
March: 6.5. Not on long but looked to be very direct and attempting to pass his man. Good to see him back.

Overall: Dominated the first half overall (the front 4 worked very well I thought) but as soon as we scored we became nervous on the ball and after they scored, completely lost our shape. We just don't seem to play that well in the second half at home.

Agree with this

Stockdale could do nothing about either goal? Perhaps taking so much time over clearing the ball only to kick straight to an opposition player might be a f@!?ing start. The first goal was completely and utterly down to his poor clearance

Good first half. Positive start, nice variety in the corners in the first couple of minutes, with Colunga delivering some nice balls. We seemed like a competent team in the first half, pretty even and didn't look like a team barely keeping out of the relegation zone, with perhaps the exception of Bruno who I don't recall actually making a good pass at all. When he had the ball he looked dangerous getting forward, but when he tried to pass it he would overshoot it, underhit it, whatever.

Unusually we started the second half well, but as soon as we scored we seemingly lost all ability to play football.

Was our formation 4-3-0-0-3? There seemed to be a massive section of the pitch that was constantly vacant. One of the problems we've had is our inability to get men forward when we break. At points today we had three or four players in their half, ready for the break, but the rest of our players were on the edge of our penalty area, passing it sideways.

There also seemed to be this odd thing where any time J Bennett had the ball on the wing, our players deserted him, no one was there to provide support. When it was with Bruno they deserted him.

Stockdale 5 - Not really at fault for the goals, distribution wasn't as bad as it sometimes is, but there were numerous times he failed to dominate his area, failed to come for loose balls when expected by the defenders, etc
Bruno 3.5 - His passing was just terrible throughout the game, even during the otherwise decent first half
Hughes 5.5
Dunk 5
J Bennett 6
JFC 4.5 - For the love of god, can we stop him taking set pieces (unless it's a penalty)?! There will probably be a lot of focus on Colunga, but JFC after looking up and hitting a cross behind everyone, then took forever to "chase" back
Gardner 5
Lualua 5.5
Colunga 4 - his good first half and several good through balls deserve to be recognised, but that was an astoundingly stupid foul to commit, and equally pathetic awareness to meander off as if trying to help us wind down a win while leading, coupled with an embarrassing few dives brings his score down (or maybe the good first half brought it uo a bit, I don't know).
Bent 5.5 - Worked hard, I think there was a deflection with the goal, but still deserved and already showing a positive impact
E Bennett 5 - particularly anonymous in the second half

Ince 5
March 5.5

Please give me examples. On this one do you think Fulham were good and that we couldnt have won just by upping our game by 10%

Bruno faultless his first 6 passes went either out of play or to Fulham. He was terrible.

Stockdale - 6 His distribution is great.
Bruno - 7 Some of his through balls in the second half were amazing. It's just crazy that our most creative player is a right back who's being played as a winger.
Dunk - 8 awesome
Hughes - 6
Bennett - 6
Jfc 5.5 - Great first half, poor second
Gardner - 6 as above
Lua lua - 6
Colunga - 5 Would have been higher, but the second yellow was stupid
Bent - 7 Proper centre forward. Maybe if he was a bit fitter he could have scored three.
Elliott Bennett - 5

Ince - 6
March - 6 Great to see him back

Overall these tactics suck. Generally the players run around a lot but just can't really control the game. Too open to the counter attack.

By the seaside in West Somerset
Stockdale 6 - confident handling but no chance with either goal
Bruno 5 - at least he cared enough to get angry
Hughes 6 - competent
Dunk 6.5 - enjoyed being skipper and the best defender
Bennett J 5 - sponsors' MoM? Wow! Gives us width but poor defending
Gardner 5 - average until allowed near a dead ball when his rating is sub-zero. Positional playawful. They walked past him in the second half.
Caskey 4 - abysmal performance. His worst yet. Needs to stop reading his own publicity. His strength of holding position deserted him today and left Parker and Ruiz acres to stroll into
LuaLua 6 - looked the player most likely to create something. Big loss when injured
Colunga 5 - after some good performances this was poor. Insane from the ref first booking. Insane from him second
Bennett E 5 - not good today. Created little and ran out of steam
Bent 7 - tried hard and desperately unlucky with the first half header. He will score goals

Ince 5 - ran around and tackled but too often ended up out of position enabling them to stroll into and through the gaps he left
March 4 - charitably not fit. Off the pace. Poor decision making. Needs some game time outside the first team.

Management 3 - please take the whole team to the training ground and teach them how to kick a dead ball FFS!!!!!!

BG's right here. No way were Fulham the best team we've played this year, they gave us so much time all game, they let us play and we still couldn't beat them.

What do people watch?

Dunk was an 8 . He was immense, won almost every ball, nearly scored again.
