I Can understand where he is coming from in a sense he has been treated like a piece of shit and if i was him i would feel the same in all honesty

He treated Peter Moores like a piece shit and a decent man lost his job.

I don't think that's fair. He was asked to write an assessment of how he thought Moores was doing as coach. He wrote an honest one, submitted it to the ECB, and then some mug within the organisation chose to leak it.

The bloke's an arse. He's not getting any attention because he's not scoring any runs so he comes out with this tripe.

If he'd just got on with the job in hand and tried to work with Moores, rather than making it patently clear he didn't rate him, he could still be England captain now.

It's not mentioned, but if he's seen TV pictures of his wife in absolute bits last week after being knocked out in Dancing on Ice, that's got to affect his thinking as well.

For 'honest', read 'self-centred'.

He then tried to get the rest of 'his' side, which he arrogantly automatically thought he could, to back him to get Peter Moores sacked. He fell flat on his face doing so.

To him, team-work is something everyone else indulges in.

Well of course. This is Kevin Pietersen we're talking about. We know he's a self-centred egotistical bastard. However at the same time he's a bloody brilliant cricketer, and in my opinion was unfairly treated re the england captaincy. It's no good appointing him knowing his character, and then being surprised when he acts accordingly.

Disagree.

He may be a brilliant individual talent, but as a team player, his work ethic sucks. That in itself, for me, drops him out of the 'brilliant cricketer' bracket.

As for being treated unfairly as captain, I don't recall anyone sticking a gun to his head and telling him to behave like a weapons-grade arsehole. With captaincy comes responsibility - and responsibility is not something he can cope with. Sure, he shouldn't have been appointed in the first place, and when he duly behaved like said arsehole, he was treated accordingly.
