Paranormal Experiences

Sleep paralysis is f***ing horrifying but can probably be to blame for most alledged paranormal activity at night. Hallucinations can also occur during sp which says a lot. Even without sp your brain can play tricks on you during those moments where you are half concious and convinced something is afoot.

In 1982 during the Falklands conflict, a good friend of mine was killed in an accident on the flight deck of HMS Invincible; he was crushed by one of the tractors that are used to move the aircraft on deck as he was lashing it down after completing a move.
In 1993 a few of us were sat on one of the tractors having a cuppa at stand easy, when the tractor started up on it's own. One of the guys said jokingly, "That's Budgie letting us know he's still around". I went to pull the emergency stop, but it was already out. We had to disconnect the battery to stop it.
Later I realised, it was the anniverary of Budgie's death.

RIP Brian "Budgie" Marsden.

Sleep paralysis I've had a few experiences of this. Realise afterwards it's not real but bloody hell it is the most horrifying experience whilst it's happening. The worst one was when I was sleeping on the sofa downstairs and when I 'woke up' I saw the door open and a really tall shadow-figure came through. I could feel my heart beating extremely quickly and the intense feeling of fear I had grew with each second as this figure edged closer. By the time it was right next to me, I literally thought I was going to die and I heard it whisper "Soon" After that I woke drenched in sweat and I've had trouble sleeping since. That was the most terrifying and most recent experience I've had of SP

sleep paralysis is actually a useful state to start and OBE, it is "close" to the astral....there are many reasons it appears "scary" - mainly to warn those away from the astral plane.....there are miutidue of ways to overcome this fear and "batter" any outside terror in the astral....this is one of the first games.

if with sleep paralysis it feels like your solar plexus is being sat on - this most definitely is an outside force (astral).

The more I read of your posts the more convinced I am that you are a spoof poster. Either that or you overdid the acid at some point.
