I just enjoy that we have a coach that clearly wants to grow and develop his abilities, along with the team. It feels like we're both on a journey to keep improving. I'd much rather that than have an Allardyce/Hodgson/Bruce type manager where they've reached a limited level & its just the same brand of football game after game.

Consistency.

He doesn’t bend with the wind. Sticks by his guns and beliefs.

The way he dealt with inane press conferences when he’d just lost his dad. I thought he was very stoic given the circumstances.

He reminds me of Crocodile Dundee

Newmarket.
He keeps us guessing with his team selection and wacky substitutions.
And if it keeps us guessing, it keeps the opposition guessing.

Write just one thing you like and put some detail as to why.

No slating him (thread rules). Even if you think he should be sacked, presumably you can recognise one redeeming feature. So what is it?

I'm going to start with ......

Body language during the game.

That calmness must rub off on the players. Always positive and encouraging. Contrast with Hassenhutl today. Shouting and screaming at refs, like a fan might, like a fan, someone not in control. Graham's control of his emotions and ability to project calm authority are really something else
Level headedness.

I like the way he whispers "I love you" in my ear every night before we sleep, even if we've had a tiff.

He took his family to another country to pursue his an unlikely dream.
He bothered to study psychology along the way.
He went from forgettable footballer to Premier League manager.
You can rate or not rate Potter as a manager, but as as person he commands respect.
