It will be interesting to see how this plays out. Put simplistically:

Rowing = a sport for posh kids and the elite at Oxbridge
BMX = what chavs do on council estates and the skate park.

My understanding is that the funds will probably go up for BMX and down for rowing. That said, more money is needed to run the rowing than it is for BMX.

In fairness, rowing has delivered for years and there are many medals at stake. BMX only offers two medals doesn't it?

Pen missed. Only seen extra time but it's been like watching us so far - all the possession, a penalty... no dice

Edit: aussies score completely against run of play with a deflection.

Couldn't be more Albion if they tried, GB in this extra time
