10 around the country, best not to have them all in one city

oooh, 40,000 AND only one per city

makes it interesting

-wembley- LONDON
-villa park- BIRMINGHAM
-old trafford-MANCHESTER
-new anfield-LIVERPOOL
-st. james' park-NEWCASTLE
-elland road-LEEDS
-stadium of light-SUNDERLAND

unless you allow more than one per city that's it, no more grounds over 40,000 apart from stamford bridge and the emirates(london), eastlands(manchester)

those 7, and then 3 more to be expanded to hold 40,000+

they are:

walkers stadium-leicester
st. mary's-southampton
riverside stadium-middlesborough
