Barnes replaces Dicker. Orlandi to take the corners? Kazenga on the bench!

Surprised he's broken up that partnership, also surprised that Orlandi has kept his place. Thought Lopez might have started, maybe Gus is going to start him against Birmingham instead? Considering his quality surely (or should that be Shirley) he will be starting games very soon.

Is Crofts on the bench? Trying to understand why he is not back into the side instead of Orlandi?

Left-sided for right sided midfielder to give balance sees Orlandi on the left instead of right-sided Dicker? .

How is it hard to understand? Orlandi is a attacking CENTRE mid, taking the place of Dicker.

Barnes on left or right wing as he has been for last 40 games.

Orlandi is left-footed (? not sure). Dicker is hopelessly right-footed only.

It looks like Orlandi will be tucked inside for a flexible 4-4-2 quickly changing to 4-3-3. Or it could be 4-2-3-1 (like Hodgson's England) ?

Ashley Barnes could be included for his defensive abilities against set-pieces. Better than Dicker.

I bet that is not the case through the whole game, would not be surprised if Orlandi went left and Barnes in the middle at some point, also Buckley seems to switch wings in a game so may not be as straightforward as you suggest.
