I think it was less to do with Obama and more with the establishment candidate. Contrary to popular view, many Obama voters switched to Trump. I think the issue was with Clinton.

I think you'll find the spring uprisings were totally down to the people of those various middle eastern countries. Without a doubt, once they had kicked off both the east and west vied for their own interests. I have not once suggested there are not covert operations within countries own borders, that would be rather foolish and naive. However, what you do is brush it off as if it is business as usual. But, look on the bright side, Putin helped to get his man in the Oval office, and I hope you and those like you, are happy about that. What any of this has to do with the outgoing President being responsible for the election defeat is beyond my sphere of thought.
