No binoculars. But I am on the seafront (so finding south is easy). It's a lot lower down than I expected - maybe it helps to have no buildings in the way.

It's quite clear here - can see a few stars etc.

You can always see Mars - it is just bigger now.

Most stars faint but Mars is so bright and orangey it's kind of coming through. Being on the seafront helps I think 'cos no light pollution. Possibly clouds inland not helping Scotty M? No shooting stars to report..

Didn't see it tonight, too busy. It's only another bloody planet. It's not as if it only comes round once every 60000 years.
