O/T childhood football games (e.g cuppie doubles)

my favourite was cuppie doubles.


10 or so pairs of ppl - 1 goal.

If you or your partner scored - you where thro.
Last pair where out - then new round.

semi - final was 2 goals.

final was 5 goals.

sometimes hacking allowed, and you had to watch for bung goalies.

better than football itself.

I think they should do a 94 team football league game of cuppie doubles.

We called that Wembley, Cuppie Doubles sounds like a game boys would playu in a private school, if you know what i mean.

My favourite wasn't really a game, it was called 'Goalmouth Scrambles'. About 30 people would pack the box and someone would cross it in and everyone just tried to score. Lots of fighting and stuff in that game, marvellous.

Naa Wall ball is when you take it turns to kick it at a part of the wall. If you miss, you are out. Great fun, especially if you can gang up and manage to get it miles away

What about "Trousers Down football", a quality game. Trying to see people run and kick the ball with their trousers round their ankles is one of the funniest things I have seen in my life.
