I did ring and they did explain but I kind of switch off at points.....oh look, a bird.

Anyway, I remember the word "snapped" and "groove" to do with my gear selection. Fixed (2 hours after dropping the car off) and all for £51.

Lavenders in Haywards Heath. I dropped it there at 12.15 and they text me at 2.30 to say it was done.

Very nice lady on reception explained it (even though I didnt listen) and had earlier cleared a space to guarentee I could drive my car straight into their yard without having to possibly stop/reverse.
