It amazes me that everybody on here knows our wage structure and what Gus and TBs plans for the future are. Is it not posssible that as we , the experts know our wages are too low, that TB and Gus havent spoken about this and decided to invest some money in a couple of players now to ensure promotion and then again in the summer to keep us up and move us forward. I dont know just a suggestion and possibility.

Too low? Currently (2008/9), the club's annual wage/salary bill (£4.78M) exceeds its total income and is approx 2.4x the matchday income. It has exceeded the matchday income by at least £1M (usually £1.5M+) in every one of the previous 5 years.
