Can you confirm that you have people that know absolutely everything about programming in all languages, for all applications on all operating systems?

I just manged the transfer of our staffs upgrade from NT - XP and in cases where compatibility was an issue, and specifically processing power identification, RAM ID etc people couldnt give me the simple specs of their machines....and these are the cream of Developers IN THE WORLD on obscene money
