Exactly. Closing tax loopholes is seen as a bad thing by reform. They are all about reducing tax and creating lots of expensive interventions such as longer prison sentences etc. It does not add up.

Who by? And yes, yes I am. I’ve travelled the world and seen how people of other cultures or homelands are treated. Blacks are second class citizens in parts of the Middle East. Filipinos are treated as cleaners in many parts of Asia.
Because that’s the way the local elections fell this time around, last year was a more Labour orientated year taking in a lot of big urban areas (including London)
