You know, the ones who openly back Saville, Britain first, make racist, homophobic, islamaphobic, and misogynist posts across their social media, send unsolicited pictures of their private parts, resign en masse etc, etc, etc. They make NSC's prospective councillors look classy

The 5 MPs are their Crème de la crème, Lee Anderson, Richard Tice, Nigel Farage, Rupert Lowe and James Murdock, the jailed girlfriend beater. Who are all now fighting like rats in a sack over what Reform should 'do', and who should be in charge, with one resigned already

Rupert Lowe is an Independent having been suspended from the Reform Party in January.

So what is seen as a success for Reform in these by-elections today? How many seats?

I think they might win a few council seats but reality will kick in during the months to come when potholes are still in the road, and immigrants are still as high.
Derby had several Reform councillors, and 10 of them resigned in January because of the governance of the party, ie Nigel Farage. I suspect the trumpeting of any success today will die down fairly quickly as people will see inaction just as the constituents of Clacton have done.

As I understand it, the majority of councillors up for re-election today have traditionally been Liberal/Conservative councillors. Added into that, over half of the councillors that Reform currently have been defectors from the Conservative party (so haven't been voted in as Reform councillors).

So taking all that into account F*** knows

Reform UK criticised for candidates' offensive posts​

Steven Biggs on the Reform UK website he says he is "standing for Reform UK because they stand for good old fashioned traditional values". In August 2015, he posted on his Facebook page that "Islam has no place on this earth. One big nuke bomb needed". The BBC confirmed that post was still visible last week, but by this week it appeared to have been deleted.

Several times in the past year, Howard Rimmer reposted items about far right activist Tommy Robinson, including one describing him as someone "vocal about the importance of celebrating British identity, culture and values" and another saying "Batley needs these people".

Trevor Bridgwood, who has past links to the Conservatives and UKIP, shared an article on his Facebook page in 2015 titled "The Goal of Muslim Immigration" which said it was "a means of supplanting the native population" of a country.

Earlier this month, Reform UK stood by a council candidate, Elliott Allman, in Leicestershire over a racist post accusing black drivers of tailgating.

And, separately, East Hunsbury Parish Council has warned Reform candidate Ron Firman after old tweets with racist and sexist slurs came to light including suggesting a refugee should be thrown out of a plane and references to Grenfell victims losing "pretend relatives", as well as white supremacist group the Ku Klux Klan.

Yes, the only comfort I will derive from any Reform victories today is that they will be exposed more directly for their incompetence and record in local government.

Easy to promote hatred, Culture War grievances, and a 'Labour and the Tories are as bad as each' mentality, but Reform will be cruelly exposed for the political juvenile delinquents they really are when they suddenly start having to behave like grown-ups, by making real decisions affecting ordinary working people and retirees.

I really can't see Reform councillors or Mayors genuinely dealing with real issues like pot-holes, unreliable bus services, inadequate contracted-out public services, nuisance neighbours, or expensive slum housing caused by greedy profiteering absentee landlords.

Indeed, I expect that many of those worst affected will be those who actually vote Reform.
