Exactly and they are paid more than most running their own businesses themselves.

Unfortunately a number of defenders (on here) liken what they have done to getting shit faced, doing a line or too and photocopying their under carriage at a sales conference in Swindon.

The reality is no-one cares about them. They aren't the face of a global business.

It didn’t look anywhere near as bad as even getting shit-faced.

So 60% of people, who showed a preference on the poll thread concerning this thought this was bad for the players and club, yet you wouldn’t know it from the posts here, with all the name calling from the vocal minority.

Some things don’t change, do they?

Basically the team owe us one of their best performances of the season vs Sheffield United.

After the match the jury can make a decision.

He will be dropped as will the other 3
With the club site running an article on Trossard looking forward to catching up with Berge at Sheff Utd, it doesn't seem like dropping players will happen.

It seems the whole issue has been very much 'dealt with internally' and we will move quickly on.

Are they actually doing any training out there or is it more of a get together ? Haven't seen a training gallery yet on the club site.

Amazing really, alcohol is probably more dangerous than laughing gas. I’m staggered this is such a big deal, it’s sad that nobody can really do anything anymore without someone videoing it, I know it’s the society we live in now and they should probably act more in accordance with that but really if you can’t let your hair down without fear of being recorded just because you happen to make your money through football, is that right?

You have to question whether people should be allowed to record/picture people without their permission IMO

Whilst what they have done isn’t horrific it’s brainless.

The problem also is all of the players involved aren’t exact tearing up trees currently so could find themselves left to one side very quickly if Potter so chooses.

So this non-story has now overshadowed the lads’ bonding break in the run-up to the business end of the season.
You’ve got to love social media.

Literally none of our players are ‘tearing up trees’ at the moment so hardly like it’s 4 players who are horrifically out of form is it, let’s not try and make it out like this isn’t exactly what it is. Ill judged from those involved, but at the same time it’s really, really not a massive deal. We’ve seen pictures of Lewis Dunk out clearly on the sauce, nobody bats an eyelid.

Also, let’s not pretend that at some point in our lives we haven’t all done daft things that had they been caught on camera we’d probably think ‘oh crikey what was I thinking’

Shane Duffy, need we say more, makes Steve Foster look like the Angel Gabriel.

In other news Aaron Connelly’s new next door neighbour down at the Marina, is, yes you’ve all guessed correctly, Shane Duffy Esquire. 🙈
